Annual returns and registration work do not have one universal total. We review your entity, return years and supporting records before agreeing our professional service scope.
What affects the quotation?
- Whether the entity is a business name, company, partnership or incorporated trustees.
- The particular registration, filing or record change required.
- The number of return years and the work needed to prepare them.
- Accounts, supporting documents or outstanding queries.
- Additional assistance agreed as part of the engagement.
What to send with an enquiry
For an existing entity, send the registration number, entity type and a description of the issue. If you know the return years already filed, include that information. We can then establish what further records are needed.
For a new registration, describe the proposed activity and legal structure. Registration and subsequent annual returns are different services.
Agree the work before payment
Your quotation should state the transaction and periods covered, our professional work and any additional costs applicable to the filing. A figure quoted for a different entity or a historical price table should not be treated as your current total.
Processing times depend on the transaction, completeness of the information and any queries. We communicate about the work rather than promising a fixed approval date in every case.
